- Organization and control of the work of the agronomic service of the Company
- Development and implementation of agrotechnical measures aimed at increasing brand awareness
- Planning, organization and control of all types of field work with partners
- Monitoring compliance with regulations and rules of work
- Planning, organization and control of the implementation of agrotechnological experiments
- Calculation of the economic efficiency of the department
- Planning and budgeting of expenses of the agronomic service, optimization and execution of the budget, control of the budget of the department
- Team building, employee development and training
Requirements:
- Higher education in the profile
- Work experience in the position of the chief agronomist of the company for at least 5 years
- Management of a land bank of at least 50,000 hectares
- Experience in growing crops: barley, wheat, soy, rye, sunflower, corn, millet, sorghum
- Knowledge of crop rotation, soil composition, SHZR, mineral nutrition
- Experience in the development of tech. maps
- Knowledge of No-till technology, work with technical track
- Working with a computer at the level of a confident user
- Experience in the agricultural monitoring system (Field history, Kropio, Sky Scout, etc.) will be an advantage
